Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve Company sales target with proper planning and execution.
Explore new and own territory and generate sales to meet the target.
Develop new dealer's channel to maximize the revenue.
Regularly visit existing dealers and do sample visit some of his customer's farm and submit performance report.
Maintain close relationship with farmers, dealers, DVM's and other stake holders.
Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.
