• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Arts (MA)
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Good understanding of production planning and quality control.

• Familiarity with feed mill machinery and production processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

1. Raw Material Quality: Monitor the quality of raw materials used in poultry feed, cattle feed, and fish feed production in coordination with the QC Department.

2. Production Supervision: Supervise daily production activities and ensure accurate raw material feeding according to approved batch formulas and production targets.

3. Medicine and Material Weighing: Ensure accurate weighing and application of medicines, premixes, and other additives according to approved formulations. Monitor raw material consumption following the FIFO method.

4. Product Quality and Bagging: Monitor feed quality during production and supervise finished goods bagging, weight, and packaging according to company standards.

5. Material Availability and Requisition: Check the availability of raw materials and other production supplies and prepare requisitions as required.

6. Worker Supervision: Assign duties to production workers and ensure smooth workflow and efficient utilization of manpower and machinery.

7. Inventory and Shift Handover: Maintain production and material consumption records and ensure proper shift handover, including material and feed balance reporting to the Store Officer.

8. Cost Control and Safety: Minimize material wastage, control production costs, and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety on the production floor.

9. Finished Goods Dispatch: Ensure accurate and timely loading of finished goods according to delivery challan and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production and dispatch issues.

10. Reporting and Other Duties: Prepare production reports, maintain necessary records, report machinery-related issues, and perform any other duties assigned by the Production In-charge, Production Manager, or Management.
