Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference

• Primavera P6 OR MS Project for scheduling and progress monitoring.

• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 25 to 55 years

• Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role in road, highway, or bridge construction projects.

• Experience in donor-funded projects (ADB, World Bank, JICA, etc.) will be an added advantage.

• Prepare, update, and monitor the project master schedule and detailed work programs using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans (weekly and monthly), and recovery plans where delays occur.

• Track physical progress against planned progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Coordinate with site engineers, the survey team, the quantity surveying and procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely resource mobilization.

• Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements in line with the construction schedule.

• Prepare and maintain records for Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and variation-related programming.

• Assist in preparing documents for Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) by verifying progress quantities.

• Prepare presentations, charts, and reports for client, consultant, and management meetings.

• Ensure project planning and reporting comply with contract conditions and the requirements of the Employer, the Engineer, and the funding agency.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
