Responsibilities & Context:
Staff Supervision: Assign shifts, manage schedules, monitor performance, and train new or existing security officers.
Protocol Enforcement: Routine patrols, surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms), and emergency response plans.
Incident Management: Investigate security breaches or accidents, compile detailed incident reports, and communicate with law enforcement or emergency services.
Safety Audits: Inspect facilities for physical hazards, conduct risk assessments, and lead emergency drills.
