Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire operations of the hospital, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve healthcare services and achieve organizational goals.
Supervise hospital staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other senior management team members to drive continuous improvement in hospital operations.
Manage budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for hospital operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Lead and motivate teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
