• Should be smart in appearance.
• Good communication skills.
• Candidate must be good at Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Etc)Experience in dealing with corporate clients.
• Outstanding track record of sales targets/Achievements.
• Excellent Sales Skills - Negotiation/ Understanding/ Solution lead/ Relationship Building qualities.
• Ideally from the industry or related experience within the industry (B2B sales in office refurb/ re-location services) however this is not a prerequisite.
• Quick to Adapt, Fast Learning ability.Good understanding of the HOUSING industry.
• You will need strong negotiating skills and an ability to estimate will give you an edge for the role.
• This will be a mixed office site-based position, so when you are not out visiting clients you will be expected to be in the office.
• Ability to work independently and also with a professional sales team.
