Responsibilities & Context:
The employee will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by assisting visitors, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products.
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, warranties, and promotional offers.
Maintain attractive product display.
Handles customers` complaints and provides appropriate solutions. Maintain Sales records and prepare daily sales report
Candidate must understand luxury product .
