Experience:
Practical experience of implementing and running the sales Admin & coordination concept of Bangladesh Pesticide Industry would be an added advantage.
The candidate having exposure in Crop Protection Products/Pesticides will have preference.
Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
Verbal and written in English & Bengali communication skills.
Adept at using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant software.
Should be prepared to travel across the country as and when required.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Collect sales data from territory officers, sales representatives, distributors, and dealers and verify the accuracy of the information.
Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, delivery challans, returns, claims, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Area Office, Logistics, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
Receive and process dealer/distributor orders and follow up on order execution.
Maintain updated databases of dealers, distributors, retailers, customers, and sales personnel.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stock-outs or excessive inventory.
Track product dispatches, deliveries, damaged goods, expired products, and sales returns.
Prepare sales-related letters, circulars, memos, price lists, promotional documents, and internal communications.
Maintain records of sales incentives, promotional schemes, discounts, commissions, and dealer benefits.
Support the sales team in implementing trade promotions, dealer programs, campaigns, and product launches.
Coordinate meetings, sales conferences, training programs, and other activities for the sales team.
Prepare presentation materials, MIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
Maintain proper filing of sales and administrative documents in both physical and electronic formats.
Follow up with field personnel regarding daily sales updates, market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure sales activities follow the company's internal policies, approved pricing, credit terms, and applicable laws and regulations.
Handle routine office administration and correspondence related to the Sales & Marketing Department.
Coordination of product supply during major crop seasons.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
