LABAID Group, one of the leading healthcare brands in Bangladesh is looking for qualifiedcandidates for immediate appointment at Labaid Specialized Hospital Chattogram.

Responsibilities:

• Combine patient acquisition, doctor/referral relationship management, community awareness, corporate outreach, digital marketing, and service promotion.

• Patient & Service Marketing

• Promote cancer hospital services, specialties, and treatment facilities.

• Generate inquiries and convert potential patients into hospital visits.

• Explain available services such as Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Chemotherapy, Day Care, Diagnostic Services, and Palliative Care.

• Coordinate with patient-care teams to ensure smooth handling of marketing-generated patients.

• Follow up with patients and attendants regarding appointments and services.

• Doctor & Referral Network Development

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, surgeons, diagnostic centers, and referral sources.

• Conduct regular visits to referring doctors and healthcare institutions.

• Communicate new consultants, treatment facilities, technologies, and clinical services.

• Promote corporate health-checkup and cancer-screening programs.

• Arrange cancer awareness sessions and employee health programs.

• Organize Cancer Awareness Camps, Screening Camps, Seminars, CME programs, and Public Health Talks.

• Coordinate awareness activities for breast, cervical, colorectal, lung, prostate, and other major cancers.

• Campaign & Promotion Sales & Performance Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly marketing activity reports.

• Patient Relationship Management

• Support hospital events, conferences, CME programs, and special campaigns.
