Experience:
Diploma in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery
B.Sc. in Nursing / B.Sc. in Nursing (Post Basic) will be preferred.
Registered Nurse with valid professional registration.
Additional training/qualification in Nursing Education, Training of Trainers (TOT), or relevant certification will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify training and development needs of nursing staff in coordination with the Nursing Leadership and HR Department.
Plan, organize, and conduct nursing training programs at departmental, unit, and organizational levels.
Develop and deliver Induction, Unit Orientation, CNE (Continuous Nursing Education) and competency-based training programs.
Prepare and maintain monthly nursing training schedules and communicate them to Supervisors and Charge Nurses.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for newly joined nursing staff.
Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, assessment tools, checklists, and educational resources.
Conduct practical and theoretical training on nursing procedures, patient safety, infection prevention, medication safety, documentation, and hospital protocols.
Coordinate with clinical departments and relevant hospital units to arrange specialty-based training programs.
Assess the knowledge, skills, and competency of nursing staff and recommend appropriate improvement plans.
Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of nursing care.
Identify nursing care gaps and provide necessary training and coaching to nursing staff.
Assist in developing and monitoring nursing quality indicators and competency standards.
Maintain training records, attendance, evaluation reports, and competency assessment records.
Compile and analyze training-related data using MS Word and MS Excel and prepare reports and presentations as required.
Coordinate with HR, DNS Office, Nursing Supervisors, Charge Nurses, and other departments regarding training activities.
Support the Lead Trainer / Nursing Leadership in implementing nursing education and professional development initiatives.
Perform other duties related to nursing education and staff development as assigned by the management.
