Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
∎ Supervise construction crews and coordinate with subcontractors
∎ Monitor material quality, usage, and inventory management
∎ implement and maintain safety protocols at construction sites
∎ Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
∎ Conduct quality inspections and testing of materials and workmanship
∎ Identify and resolve technical challenges during construction phases
∎ Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
∎ Prepare daily progress reports and maintain comprehensive site records
∎ Document construction activities through photographs and written reports
∎ Track project milestones and communicate status to project management
∎ Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment usage
∎ Liaise with architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplines
∎ Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery
∎ Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members
∎ Participate in project meetings and technical discussions
∎ As a Site Engineer, you will be an integral part of our construction team, working on diverse infrastructure and building projects.
