Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are grouped into seven duty domains. Each domain is measured in the KPI architecture at Part VI.

Domain 1 — Revenue Command

■    Own the consolidated revenue number for Cityscape Lifestyle Ltd. — contracted value and cash banked — across all channels at Part III.

■    Convert the ninety-day priority doctrine into a live selling plan: named prospects, named owners, dated actions, expected value and expected collection date for every line.

■    Personally lead and close the top twenty accounts by value in any period, including all commercial floor placements above BDT 5 crore and all Founder 100 Circle approaches.

■    Deliver a weekly cash gate: state at the start of each week what will bank by Thursday, and reconcile against it at the close.

■    Maintain forecast accuracy within ±10% on the rolling thirty-day view; escalate any variance beyond that threshold within twenty-four hours of it becoming known.

■    Protect channel balance so that no single counterparty represents more than 35% of any month’s forecast cash without a written mitigation note to the Managing Director.

Domain 2 — Pipeline, Forecast & Cockpit Discipline

■    Own the five-sheet revenue cockpit as the single source of truth; no deal exists commercially until it is recorded there.

■    Maintain 3x pipeline coverage against forward ninety-day targets, measured on weighted value.

■    Enforce stage discipline: identified → qualified → proposal issued → terms agreed → signed → collected, with defined exit criteria and evidence at each stage.

■    Institutionalise the pipeline — every relationship is documented, transferable and owned by the company, not by an individual.

■    Chair the daily 07:20 brief and submit the 22:00 close-out for the sales desk during active sprint windows; produce the weekly reconciliation pack and the monthly board-grade revenue report.

■    Work with Finance to close the gap between contracted and collected — collection is a sales responsibility until cash is banked.

Domain 3 — Team Building, Structure & Enablement

■    Design the selling organisation: pods by channel, seat count, ramp plan, and a documented career path from executive to zone head.

■    Recruit, induct and ramp the sales establishment to full strength; own time-to-first-close for every new seat.

■    Run weekly enablement: proposition drills, objection handling, pricing discipline, and certification against the Passport sales field guide before any executive is client-facing.

■    Set individual targets, run the three-tier review cycle (self-assessment → line manager → head) under CSL/PRF/2026/001, and hold the calibration discipline that keeps scoring honest.

■    Manage underperformance decisively and on record — within the observation, thirty-day and three-month gates, not after them.

■    Build and defend a bench: no channel may depend on a single individual.

Domain 4 — Channel, Partner & Institutional Development

■    Open and contract institutional distribution partners for the Passport, negotiating issuance volumes, commercial terms and service standards.

■    Own bank and financial-institution relationships on the sales side — co-brand card, mobility scheme and instalment-based conversion instruments.

■    Appoint, onboard and govern agents, brokers and marketing agencies under the group agency framework, including performance thresholds and termination triggers.

■    Build reciprocal access partnerships with peer hospitality establishments to generate qualified Right Holder inflow.

■    Support the operator and investor injection processes for Andaaz, The Cave Bar, Happiness Café, the Corporate Lounge, the Residence and the Premium Suites — sourcing counterparties, running the approach, and holding commercial discipline through tender.

Domain 5 — Proposition, Pricing & Market Intelligence

■    Own the sell-side proposition for every instrument: offer briefs, facilities schedules, comparison logic and the reasoning for why each offer is the best available in market.

■    Recommend pricing, tier construction, payment architecture (Use Now Pay Later, subscription, deposit Passport) and window mechanics to the Managing Director, with evidence.

■    Maintain a live competitive map of Dhaka club, lifestyle, hospitality and premium commercial offerings, and report shifts that affect pricing or positioning.

■    Feed structured demand signal back to the Digital Studio and Operations so the platform and the service estate reflect what the market is actually buying.

Domain 6 — Brand, Legal & Compliance Discipline

■    Enforce locked brand vocabulary in every client-facing communication: Passport (never "membership"), Participation Right, Right Holder, Circle, and the tier names Ascend, Prestige, Legacy and Imperium. The term "Cityscape Lifestyle Club" is not used.

■    Ensure no instrument is ever presented, described or implied to be equity, a security, or a public deposit; all instruments are framed under the Companies Act 1994 and applicable BSEC rules.

■    Ensure every figure issued to a prospect carries the company’s illustrative-only framing, and that no commitment is made outside approved documentation.

■    Route every non-standard term, discount, side letter or variation through Legal & Compliance and the Managing Director before it is offered.

■    Ensure that every document leaving the sales desk carries a reference number, date of issue and version number in the company convention, so revisions of the same concept remain traceable.

■    Uphold anti-bribery, gift, data-protection and confidentiality obligations across the sales establishment.

Domain 7 — Right Holder Experience & Service Handover

■    Own the handover from sale to service: no Right Holder is closed and abandoned. Onboarding, welcome kit issuance and first-experience scheduling are sales-completed steps.

■    Hold the renewal, upgrade and referral engine — measured as tier-upgrade rate and referred-lead volume from the existing Right Holder base.

■    Work with the Zones of Happiness service architecture so that selling promises and service delivery match at the point of experience.

■    Own escalation of any Right Holder complaint that carries commercial or reputational consequence, to resolution.
