We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive day-to-day business operations, sales performance, and live-streaming activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies, team action plans, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations.

• Coordinate and support live-streaming operations, including planning, scheduling, team coordination, and performance optimization.

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to improve customer engagement and conversion.

• Support the development and execution of online promotional campaigns and sales activities.

• Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions to improve efficiency.

• Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external partners.

• Ensure company policies, sales processes, and operational standards are properly implemented.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, sales management, or a related position.

• Experience working in the Internet / E-commerce / Digital industry is required.

• Previous experience managing and leading a sales team.

• Practical experience with live-streaming operations, live commerce, or social media platforms.

• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Good understanding of online sales and digital marketing.

• Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or personal care industry is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have experience in E-commerce + Sales Team Management + Live Streaming + Cosmetics/Beauty will be highly preferred.
