Job Context

Relaxify is a growing e-commerce and lifestyle brand based in Jhenaidah. We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Digital Marketer to take ownership of our online presence — from planning paid campaigns to building organic reach across social platforms. You will work directly with the founding team in a flat, collaborative environment where your ideas and execution will have a direct impact on business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to maximize reach and conversion.

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.

• Create and manage content calendars for social media and email marketing campaigns with a focus on high-converting copy and visuals.

• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Write compelling, SEO-friendly copy for ad creatives, blog posts, product descriptions, and social media content.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools — with a focus on ROI and KPI metrics.

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure all visual assets align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

• Stay current with platform algorithm updates, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
