Overview
This is the most senior operational role in the agency, reporting directly to the founder. You will own client relationships across the full portfolio, lead a team of six across ad operations, content, and telesales, drive client retention, and lead the effort to grow active client count. The founder will progressively step out of day to day operations as you grow into the role.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 years in a digital agency, marketing services firm, or B2B services delivery role
At least 2 years in a position where you directly owned client relationships
Documented experience managing a team of 8 or more
Track record handling client escalations and difficult conversations under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships and Retention
Serve as primary point of contact for all retainer clients across the portfolio
Run weekly performance review calls and own the monthly reporting cycle for every client
Handle escalations within the standard protocol (two hour acknowledgement, twenty four hour written resolution)
Maintain the internal client risk map and reduce monthly churn rate
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with every client
Additional Requirements
Strong written and spoken Bangla and English. Must be comfortable running calls and writing reports in both languages.
Calm under pressure. We work directly with founders and business owners; the role demands composure in difficult conversations.
Process oriented and systems minded. You should enjoy building structure, not just reacting to incoming requests.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the structure of paid media campaigns. You will not run campaigns yourself, but you must understand what your ad team is doing.
Comfortable with Zoom, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace as primary work tools.
Available to work from the office six days a week. Friday is a protected full rest day.
Client Acquisition and Growth
Convert inbound leads from the agency funnel into signed retainers
Own monthly new signing targets and the reactivation of dormant accounts
Coordinate with the telesales and marketing team on the outbound pipeline
Team Leadership
Manage a team of 8 to 15.
Run the weekly team standup, monthly one on one reviews, and quarterly performance check ins
Assign client accounts, monitor delivery quality, and enforce SOP compliance
Build and maintain internal playbooks, onboarding documents, and process improvements
Support the founder in future hiring rounds as the agency scales
Operations and Reporting
Submit a weekly internal report to the founder covering retention, new signings, team status, and risks
Maintain operational dashboards and the central client account database
Ensure every client receives the standard monthly performance report on schedule
Run the monthly operations review and propose process improvements
