Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan and manage paid search, display, social media, and remarketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to improve campaign performance.

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving revenue and sales through paid marketing campaigns.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.

• Experience with marketing attribution, audience segmentation, and remarketing.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and project management abilities.

• Must have a own laptop or pc
