Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present and explain services clearly and confidently.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
Previous telesales or call center experience is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have own laptop or PC.
