Education:

• Degree or professional training in IT, Computer Science, Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Age At least 22 years

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong practical SEO experience is highly important.

• Good knowledge of Google Search, Search Console, Analytics, Keyword Research, On-Page and Technical SEO.

• Experience with WordPress/CMS, HTML, CSS, hosting, SSL, backup, and website security.

• Knowledge of AI tools, AI Search, LLMs, and AI information optimization is an advantage.

• Experience in ERP Software Maintenance, Database Management, Troubleshooting, and System Security will be highly preferred.

• Good English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Practical experience in SEO, Google Ranking, Organic Traffic, and Website Management is highly preferred.

• Freshers may apply if they have relevant professional training/certification and practical knowledge. However, candidates with hands-on SEO experience will receive preference.

Job Summary: BIA Group is looking for a Web, SEO & AI Specialist to manage and improve its websites, SEO performance, Google ranking, online visibility, AI information, and Dynamic ERP & Office Management Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, secure, and optimize BIA Group and its three companies’ websites.

• Improve Google ranking, organic traffic, SEO, and website engagement.

• Conduct keyword research and implement On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page SEO.

• Monitor Google Search Console, Analytics, website performance, security, backups, and data protection.

• Optimize website content, pages, images, metadata, internal links, and technical SEO.

• Monitor search trends, user behavior, and competitors to improve online visibility.

• Maintain accurate company information for AI Search and AI-powered platforms.

• Maintain, update, secure, and improve BIA Group’s Dynamic ERP & Office Management Software.

• Handle ERP troubleshooting, database, user access, backup, security, and required feature updates.

• Prepare regular reports on SEO, website performance, engagement, AI visibility, and ERP status.

• Salary: BDT 15,000–25,000/month
