Job Summary

BIA GROUP is looking for a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and support the digital growth of our businesses in Interior Design & Execution, Construction & Civil Works, and Furniture Manufacturing. This internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who want to build practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, lead generation, digital campaigns, SEO, and online brand development. The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing and management teams and gain hands-on exposure to real business projects and digital marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other relevant digital platforms. Support day-to-day social media management, including content planning, posting, scheduling, basic community management, and performance monitoring. Assist in developing engaging marketing content such as captions, promotional posts, campaign ideas, short-form video concepts, and other digital assets in coordination with the creative team. Support lead generation activities for BIA GROUP’s Interior, Construction, and Furniture businesses through organic and paid digital channels. Assist in monitoring and optimizing digital advertising campaigns under the supervision of the marketing team. Conduct basic keyword research, competitor research, market research, and SEO-related activities to improve online visibility. Assist in website content updates, basic on-page SEO, Google Business Profile activities, and other digital brand-building initiatives. Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads, and other relevant KPIs and prepare regular reports for management. Research current digital trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities relevant to the company’s businesses. Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and other departments to support promotional campaigns and lead generation activities. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving the company’s digital presence and customer engagement. Perform other digital marketing and business development-related tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Media, Computer Science, or a relevant field. Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, Online Advertising, and Business Development. Good communication skills in both Bangla and English. Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar digital tools will be an advantage. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as content strategy, engagement, lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, and performance metrics. Creative mindset with the ability to research, learn quickly, and generate new ideas. Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and willing to work in a professional team environment. Candidates who have completed practical courses, personal projects, freelance work, university projects, or have experience managing social media pages are encouraged to apply.
