Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Provide necessary nursing care to admitted and outpatient patients.
2. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other medical treatments as directed by physicians. Candidates proficient in IV cannulation will be given preference.
3. Monitor and document patients’ physical condition, vital signs, and treatment progress.
4. Provide immediate nursing care during emergencies and inform the physician when necessary.
5. Maintain patients’ medical records and nursing documentation properly.
6. Follow infection control procedures and hospital policies.
7. Provide necessary guidance to patients and their attendants regarding treatment, medication, and follow-up care.
8. Coordinate and work effectively with physicians, resident doctors, and other departments.
9. Perform day, night, and shift duties according to the duty roster.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
