Excellent written English, with a natural, friendly, professional tone (no template-sounding messages)
Good spoken English for calls or voice notes with influencers
Willingness to work US time zone hours or a shifted schedule, since replies from influencers happen during their day
Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and understanding how creators work
Basic knowledge of email outreach and DMs (Gmail, Instagram, TikTok inbox)
Strong follow-up habits, since most influencers need 2-3 nudges
Ability to keep organized records (Google Sheets or a CRM) of who was contacted, replies, rates, and status
Responsibilities & Context:
Research and build lists of suitable influencers.
Send outreach messages and follow up consistently.
Negotiate terms and confirm deliverables and deadlines.
Coordinate product shipping and content approval.
Track results (posts delivered, sales, code usage) and report weekly.
