Education: Educational Requirements BBA/B.Com/Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university (Master`s will be an advantage). CA (CC) / ACCA (Partly Qualified) / CMA will be preferred. Partly qualified membership of ICAB/ICMAB will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Description: Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under supervision. Handle bank reconciliation, fixed assets register maintenance, and related accounting entries. Prepare basic management reports, MIS, and assist in budgeting and cash flow monitoring. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Income Tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements as directed. Maintain proper documentation and support internal control processes. Assist in internal and external audit preparations and provide necessary documents/information. Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding items as assigned. Utilize ERP/Accounting Software effectively for accurate data entry and reporting. Support the team in inventory valuation and other routine finance tasks. Perform any other duties assigned by Management or seniors from time to time. Additional Requirements Basic working knowledge of accounting standards, Bangladesh Income Tax, and VAT. Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas) and familiarity with any Accounting Software / ERP. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain integrity. Willingness to learn and take additional responsibilities as required. Experience Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Experience in Mobile Handset, Electronics, FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Trading organizations will be given preference. Practical experience in financial reporting, taxation, VAT, and ERP/Accounting Software is desirable.
