Responsibilities & Context: Key Accountabilities: Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh Plan territory targets and prepare sales projections on a monthly and periodic basis. Manage distribution network effectively within the assigned territory. Ensure product placement and achieve secondary sales targets on a daily basis while maintaining MSN (Minimum Stock Norms). Ensure regular monitoring and effective ESR (Effective Sales Representative) management. Monitor and ensure distribution ROI periodically. Brief and monitor new campaigns and share results with all stakeholders. Monitor and manage execution tools / POSM for trade marketing and promotion. Create new retailers and ensure maximum product visibility and availability within the assigned territory. Provide market insights to management for strategy formulation. Prepare and submit different reports to the line manager as and when required. Provide monthly targets to distributors and plan accordingly to achieve the assigned numbers. Achieve territory-wise primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets monthly and quarterly as assigned by management. Lead, manage, develop, and assess brand promoters. Ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication skills Good interpersonal relationship skills Able to travel frequently Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh Must have workable knowledge of MS Office applications
