Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
See and attend patients at hospital OPD and indoor.
Refer the serious and critical patients to district hospital if required.
Oversee welfare activities and census.
Supervise the works of compounder / medical assistant, midwife, dresser, and primary health workers.
Organize Training Maternity, first aid, occupational health, hygiene, or any epidemic break out.
Implement and provide primary Health care services.
Recommend on the medical reports of management staff before recruitment.
Approve sick leave of the workers and garden staff according to labor Law.
Conduct eligibility and fitness test of the workers before their recruitment.
Report to Admin and communicate with him for any health and welfare related matters.
Must have working at RMG sector.
Ability for having face different audit.
