Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience in a hospital/healthcare organization

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospital administration, healthcare operations, and personnel management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office/healthcare management systems.
• Experience with hospital quality management, budgeting, procurement, and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall administrative and operational management of the hospital, including:

• Supervising day-to-day hospital operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.

• Managing administrative, clinical-support, and non-clinical departments.

• Developing and implementing hospital policies, procedures, and operational plans.

• Supervising staff performance, duty rosters, attendance, discipline, and productivity.

• Ensuring high standards of patient care, patient satisfaction, and service quality.

• Monitoring hospital facilities, equipment, supplies, inventory, and maintenance.

• Coordinating with doctors, nurses, consultants, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, safety standards, and hospital policies.

• Managing hospital budgets, operational expenses, procurement, and resource utilization.

• Handling patient and staff concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Preparing management reports, operational updates, and performance analyses.

• Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, revenue, service quality, and patient experience.

• Supporting accreditation, quality assurance, infection-control, and risk-management initiatives.

• Maintaining effective communication with Hospital management and other Stakeholders.
