Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 30 years
Valid professional registration/license and certificate relevant to the position.
Good knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and patient-friendly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform laboratory/diagnostic procedures in accordance with hospital protocols and professional standards.
Receive, label, process, and handle patient specimens properly.
Operate and maintain relevant laboratory/diagnostic equipment.
Ensure accuracy and quality of test results.
Maintain proper records of tests, specimens, and reports.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality-control procedures.
Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper working conditions in the laboratory/diagnostic area.
Report any equipment malfunction, unusual findings, or technical issues to the appropriate authority.
Perform other duties assigned by the department head or hospital management.
