• Candidates with experience in hospital, healthcare, corporate, industrial, commercial, or residential security services will be preferred.

• Retired personnel from the Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Police, Ansar-VDP, BGB/other disciplined forces will be highly preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience as Security Guard/Security Supervisor may also apply.

• Physical fitness, discipline, alertness, and good communication skills are essential.

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining safety, security, discipline, and access control within the hospital premises, ensuring the protection of patients, visitors, employees, hospital assets, and property.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall security and discipline within the hospital premises, including entry/exit points, wards, emergency areas, parking areas, and other designated locations.

• Monitor and control the entry and exit of patients, visitors, employees, vendors, and other personnel.

• Verify visitor identity and provide necessary guidance regarding hospital access and visiting procedures.

• Conduct regular security rounds and remain alert to any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security threats.

• Protect hospital property, equipment, documents, and other assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized use.

• Maintain proper visitor, vehicle, incident, and security-related records/logbooks.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, conflicts, disturbances, or other unusual situations.

• Assist hospital management during emergencies, fire incidents, evacuation, crowd control, and other critical situations.

• Maintain orderly movement of visitors and attendants, particularly in emergency, OPD, ICU, OT, and other sensitive areas.

• Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted or sensitive areas of the hospital.

• Coordinate with the Admin & HR Department and other concerned departments regarding security-related issues.

• Handle difficult situations and maintain discipline with patients, attendants, visitors, and outsiders in a polite and professional manner.

• Support hospital staff and management in maintaining a safe, secure, and patient-friendly environment.

• Immediately report any security breach, suspicious activity, lost property, damage, or unusual incident to the concerned authority.

• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management.
