Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology
• Master of Science (MSc)

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

• Perform and supervise assigned laboratory tests according to approved SOPs.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and timely completion of laboratory investigations.
• Maintain proper sample processing, handling and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), biosafety and laboratory protocols.
• Operate and monitor laboratory instruments and equipment appropriately.
• Maintain laboratory records, test documentation and quality-related reports.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with the concerned Department Head/Supervisor when required.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Support continuous improvement of laboratory quality and workflow.
• Perform any other laboratory-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
