• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Good clinical and emergency-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with a large workforce in a factory environment.Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.Computer literacy, particularly MS Office.

• Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and professional ethics.

• Provide medical consultation and primary treatment to employees and workers.

• Manage workplace injuries, accidents, emergencies, and occupational illnesses.

• Maintain medical records, prescriptions, treatment registers, and employee health records.

• Conduct routine health check-ups and medical examinations of workers.

• Provide first aid and emergency medical support when required.

• Assess employees before referring them to hospitals or specialist doctors.

• Monitor occupational health risks and recommend preventive measures.

• Support workplace health, hygiene, sanitation, and disease-prevention programs.

• Conduct awareness sessions on health, hygiene, nutrition, first aid, and occupational safety.

• Monitor and maintain medicines, medical equipment, and first-aid facilities.

• Coordinate with nearby hospitals, diagnostic centers, and specialist physicians when necessary.

• Prepare periodic medical reports and maintain required documentation.

• Work closely with HR, Compliance, EHS/Safety, and Factory Management regarding employee health and safety.

• Ensure the factory medical facility operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and buyer/compliance requirements.
