Experience:

• BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution/university.

• Valid Registration Certificate from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 8 years of practical experience in the preparation and manufacturing of Homeopathic Mother Tincture and Dilution/Potency medicines.

• Candidates with relevant experience in a homeopathic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment will be preferred.

• Sound practical knowledge of Mother Tincture and Dilution/Potency medicine preparation.

• Good knowledge and practical experience in herb identification.

• Strong knowledge of production documentation, including Manufacturing Order Sheets (MO), Production Registers, and Log Books.

• Ability to maintain accurate and systematic production records and documentation.

• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical production practices.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work responsibly and maintain discipline in a manufacturing environment.

• Computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.

• Candidates must be responsible, sincere, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Unison Homoeo Laboratories Ltd., a cGMP-compliant homeopathic pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Officer to join its Production Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the preparation of homeopathic medicines, including Mother Tincture and Dilution/Potency medicines, identification of herbs, preparation and maintenance of Manufacturing Order Sheets (MO), and proper maintenance, collection, and preservation of production-related records and documents.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manufacture Homeopathic Mother Tincture medicines in accordance with approved procedures and production requirements.

• Prepare and manufacture Homeopathic Dilution/Potency medicines following established procedures and quality standards.

• Identify and verify herbs/raw materials used in the production of homeopathic medicines.

• Prepare, complete, update, and maintain Manufacturing Order Sheets (MO) accurately.

• Maintain Production Registers and all types of relevant Log Books properly and accurately.

• Collect, organize, maintain, and preserve all production-related records and documents.

• Ensure proper documentation of production activities in accordance with established procedures and GMP requirements.

• Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of production activities.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper practices within the production area.

• Follow all applicable GMP, SOP, safety, and company policies during production activities.

• Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the Management.
