Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile/ O Level. Ensure quality in whole process (fabrication to shipment), Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.

• Minimum Diploma in Textile/ O Level. The applicants should have experience in the following areas.

• At least 5 years

• Age 28 to 45 years

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Garments (Woven, Bottom)

• Having a good communication skill in English both speaking and writing

• Committed, independent, multi-tasking & result oriented

• Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills

Job location: Gorat, Ashulia, Dhaka

Responsibility

1. Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials
2. Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements
3. Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest
4. Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines
5. Providing training to the quality assurance team
