Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Gorat, Ashulia, Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
Experience and knowledge about Production – Cutting, Sewing & Finishing in Woven Padding Jacket/Outerwear Factory.
- To manage all production-related activities in a large woven padding jacket/outerwear factory.
- To collect the monthly production plan from the planning department.
- To make the monthly plan for production lines and forward it to Top Management.
- To maintain the daily target meeting.
- To maintain the plan input date.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Garments production floor.
- To maximize quality production by ensuring the most effective and efficient usage of man and machines.
- To formulate production strategies and action plans to run the production unit smoothly.
- To minimize various production faults/errors to ensure best quality products for valued customers.
- Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost per pieces) and plan for continuous improvement.
- Motivating operators to produce as per their production capacity.
- WIP (work in process) control and line balancing.
- Meet daily target production.
- To observe the cutting ratio as per the shipment date.
- To work for reducing the rejection rate.
- To control/reduce the overtime work
