We are looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, generating leads, handling customers, and converting leads into sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversion.

• Conduct SEO activities and monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.

• Generate, follow up, and manage leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, and other communication channels.

• Communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate product/property information.

• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

• Arrange and conduct customer meetings, property/product presentations, and site visits when required.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and explain offers, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure proper after-sales communication.

• Create engaging social media creatives, banners, flyers, promotional materials, and other marketing content using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.

• Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and property showcase videos for social media platforms.

• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, sales conversion, and prepare regular reports.

• Manage multiple projects and ensure all marketing and sales activities are completed within deadlines.
