Responsibilities & Context:

• Age 18 to 30 years

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in marketing, business administration, management, communications, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable contacting potential customers over phone and online.

• Proficient written and spoken English and Bangla.

• Confident using social media, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and B2B sales.

• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Organized, with the capacity to manage multiple leads at once.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Proactive and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
