Responsibilities & context:

• Lead, manage, and execute the sales process to achieve set sales targets.

• Generate new customers or `leads` by connecting with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, referrals, field visits, and various events.

• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with in both Bengali and English.

• Providing detailed information regarding project features, land details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and terms and conditions.

• Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the Bashundhara, Uttara, Purbachal and mawa expressway areas.
