Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate professionally with international clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
Send vehicle stock lists and conduct regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Provide prompt, high-quality after-sales support.
Assist with digital marketing, promotions, and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets while upholding customer satisfaction.
