Challenger Elevator & Escalator Ltd., established in 1990, is a leading elevator/lift solutions company engaged in lift sales, installation, maintenance, servicing, and related customer support. We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and career-focused individuals to join our team as Executive – Marketing & Sales (Lift/Elevator).

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and market elevator/lift products and solutions to potential customers and business clients.

• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new customer relationships.

• Visit prospective customers, corporate offices, commercial buildings, residential projects, construction sites, and other relevant locations to generate business leads.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate elevator/lift solutions.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospective clients, and assist in converting leads into sales.

• Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding sales, installation, maintenance, and servicing requirements.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in assigned areas.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Travel to different locations across Bangladesh for customer meetings and business development activities as required.

• Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Submit a daily report of customer visits and assigned field activities to the respective supervisor/management.

• Perform any other sales and marketing-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Note: Candidates with prior experience in Lift/Elevator Marketing & Sales will be given preference. However, freshers who are enthusiastic about building a career in elevator/lift sales and marketing are also encouraged to apply.
