• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

· Must have experience in industrial, preferably in steel structure, construction materials, or building solutions.

· Strong understanding of technical sales, client negotiation, and project-based selling.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.

· Must be proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.

· Willing to travel frequently to project sites and client offices across Bangladesh.

· Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication) is mandatory.

. Having a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

. Bust be a permanent resident of Chattogram District.

· Searching for new clients and visiting potential clients.      

· Understanding client requirements, calculating client quotations, negotiating contract terms and Conditions.      

· To ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and collection target.

· To visit field extensively for market survey and as well as for potential client hunt.

· Developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients set up sales network.
