Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from mobilization to completion and handover, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, budget, and schedule.

• Develop and implement project execution plans, work schedules, manpower plans, resource requirements, and progress targets.

• Supervise and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor and control project performance against approved schedule, budget, quality, productivity, and HSE requirements.

• Ensure proper execution and quality of RCC, foundation, structural, finishing, road, drainage, and other civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Verify work measurements, quantities, material consumption, and resource utilization, ensuring effective cost and wastage control.

• Conduct regular site coordination meetings, review progress, identify issues, and implement timely corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, approved construction standards, HSE requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, and other project stakeholders and resolve project-related issues promptly.

• Ensure timely project completion, quality delivery, proper documentation, and successful handover within the approved budget and schedule.
