Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution. The candidate will be responsible for design development, client coordination, technical drawings, and site supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare space planning, 2D working drawings, 3D models, and presentation designs.
Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting according to design and budget.
Conduct site measurements and supervise project execution.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Review drawings and guide junior architects/designers.
Prepare project estimates and maintain project schedules when required.
Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Identify and resolve design and site-related issues.
Work proficiently with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, D5 Render or similar design software.
