Education:

• Diploma

• Diploma in Surveying from a Government Polytechnic Institute.

• Age At least 25 years

• Candidates must have sound academic and practical knowledge of land surveying and digital survey techniques

• Strong understanding of digital survey procedures and land measurement techniques.

• Familiarity with land records, Mouza Maps, drawings, and surveying tools.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience & Technical Requirements

• Practical knowledge and experience in Digital Land Surveying.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing, digitizing, and analyzing land survey drawings.

• Knowledge of GIS-based land surveying and integration of field coordinate data with official Mouza Maps.

• Ability to verify plot location, dimensions, boundaries, and land area by comparing field survey data with Mouza Maps.

• Good understanding of digital survey workflows, land drawings, survey instruments, and related tools.

• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies between field measurements and land records/maps will be preferred.

Job Location: Kanchan Pourashava, Narayanganj District

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate land and area measurements at project sites.

• Identify plot locations, boundaries, and relevant reference points.

• Conduct RL (Reduced Level), open-area, and field surveys.

• Carry out land measurements and boundary verification according to official Mouza (মৌজা) Maps.

• Collect and process field coordinate data for digital land surveys.

• Digitize and prepare field survey data and drawings using AutoCAD.

• Integrate survey coordinates with Mouza Maps using AutoCAD/GIS to determine accurate plot dimensions, locations, and boundaries.

• Prepare and maintain survey drawings, measurements, field records, and other relevant documentation.

• Coordinate with project, land, legal, and other concerned teams as required.
