ob Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision and management of construction project activities.

• Prepare and monitor project work plans, schedules and progress.

• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.

• Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and management.

• Monitor project progress, materials, manpower and equipment requirements.

• Ensure proper implementation of safety rules and company policies at the project site.

• Check and verify BOQ, measurements, work orders and contractor bills.

• Identify project issues and take necessary corrective actions.

• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.

• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.

• Maintain proper project documentation, drawings and records.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.

• Candidates having professional certifications/training in Project Management will get preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.

• Experience in handling residential, commercial or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

• Must have strong experience in site supervision, project coordination and team management.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 35–50 years.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and relevant engineering software.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and safety standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Willingness to work at project sites as required.
