Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure all construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Verify work quantities and assist in preparing bills and project documentation.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Identify technical issues at the site and provide practical solutions.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality.
Perform any other engineering duties assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
3–7 years of experience in building construction or relevant projects.
Experience in high-rise building or commercial construction projects will be an added advantage.
