• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal

• Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design software

• Working knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics calculations

• A self-starter mindset, curious, proactive, and always leveling up your skills

1. Perform civil design for land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and water & sewer systems using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

2. Prepare, review, and finalize engineering plans, specifications, construction documents, and permit applications

3. Conduct technical analyses (hydrology, hydraulics, SWPPP) and develop practical engineering solutions that meet project and regulatory requirements

4. Analyze site survey data and research applicable local/regulatory requirements for each project

5. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and agencies, and support construction administration, including reviewing submittals and answering contractor questions
