Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, ECE, CSE or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimun 8 to 10 years solar project related job experience.

• Bachelor degree in any dicipline (8 to 10 years relevant job experience will get preference).

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Solar PV, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management.

• Experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance will be preferred.

• Skill required: in CAD software (Auto CAD) and Solar Design/Monitoring Software, Grid-Tied, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar Systems.

• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems and PLC, Industrial Automation electrical control systems.

• Have good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

• Long-time working capabilities and work under pressure.

• Lead the technical team and coordinate daily solar project activities.

• Plan, manage, and supervise solar PV projects from design to installation and commissioning

• Prepare and review solar system designs, layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD) and technical specifications.

• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Solar PV systems.

• Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, DC/AC cabling and protection systems.

• Conduct site surveys and assess solar energy potential and system requirements.

• Monitor project progress, schedule, budget, quality and resource utilization.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government/regulatory authorities.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to PV systems, inverters, batteries and electrical equipment.

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, test reports, BOQs and commissioning records.

• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, BOQ, and project reports when required.

• Ensure all project activities are completed within the approved time, cost, quality and safety requirements.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
