Minimum 4 to 5 years for Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE & IPE
Minimum 8 to 10 years for Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Proven experience in PLC & Control System basic knowledge, CAD software (Auto CAD) and relevant electrical/power-system software.
Strong understanding of electrical drawings and safety procedures.Age 25 to 40 years.
Have good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.Long-time working capabilities and work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Take overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and supervision of all electrical systems and equipment of the factory.
Monitor and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems, HMI and VFD applications.
Assist in Industrial Automation system operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Check PLC input/output signals, sensors, actuators and control circuits to identify automation-related faults.
Perform basic PLC programming, I/O monitoring, parameter setting, fault diagnosis and control-system troubleshooting.
Monitor factory electrical systems during production and minimize electrical downtime.
Regularly inspect cables, panels, motors, earthing systems, and electrical connections.
Monitor factory electrical parameters including voltage, current, power factor, frequency, maximum demand and load distribution and take necessary measures for efficient power utilization.
Supervise the installation, relocation, integration and commissioning of new machinery and electrical equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot PLC, IPC, drives and associated control systems.
Identify electrical faults, breakdowns and load-related issues and provide quick and effective solutions in emergency situation.
Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Key Technical Expertise
PLC programming and troubleshooting, maintenance and system integration.
IPC ((Industrial PC)-operation, configuration, trubleshooting and integration.
Industrial Drives - VFD/AC Drives, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Industrial Electricals Systems & Control-installation, maintenance, trobleshooting and control systems.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
