• Sound knowledge of building plumbing and water-supply systems.

• Good understanding of sanitary and drainage systems.

• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.

• Knowledge of plumbing installation, testing, repair and maintenance.

• Ability to supervise contractors and site-level plumbing activities.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work at project/site level and respond to urgent plumbing-related requirements.

• It is mandatory to submit original certificates (ie BSc, HSC, SSC) and an experience certificate to get the job.

Smart, innovative , and energetic individuals are invited to apply for the Project Plumbing Engineer (PPE) position on an ongoing  project. We intend to appoint an experienced and skilled Project Plumbing Engineer (PPE) who will be responsible for on-site supervision, monitoring, and technical coordination of the Plumbing Works, including coordination with the appointed Plumbing Contractor and relevant project personnel.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated on-site supervision and monitoring of all Water Supply and Plumbing Works.

• Supervise the implementation of the approved plumbing design at the project site.

• Inspect existing GI pipe lines and identify damaged, deteriorated and leakage-prone sections.

• Monitor repair, replacement and installation of plumbing pipe lines and related fittings.

• Supervise the execution of water-supply, sanitary, drainage and associated plumbing works.

• Ensure that plumbing works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.

• Coordinate with the Plumbing Contractor, Civil Engineering team and other relevant personnel.

• Inspect the quality of materials, workmanship and installation.

• Monitor testing of completed plumbing works and ensure necessary rectification of defects.

• Identify technical problems at site and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.

• Maintain records of site inspections, work progress, observations and corrective actions.

• Submit regular progress reports and technical recommendations to the concerned authority.

• Monitor the proper implementation of repair and maintenance works relating to the existing plumbing network.

• Perform any other duties related to the project as assigned by the competent authority.
