Responsibilities & Context:
- Civil maintenance work
- Interior work
- Plumbing work
- Execute maintenance tasks for handover buildings
- Coordinate repair activities with contractors, maintenance staff and management as necessary
- Estimation of Building Maintenance Cost & all materials as per drawing
- Manage the maintenance budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs and expenditures
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols to handle unexpected maintenance issues promptly
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management
