Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of various types of Medical, Laboratory, Imaging, and operation theater Equipment.

• Provide technical support, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service to hospitals, diagnostic centers, imaging centers, and laboratories.

• Conduct equipment demonstrations, user training, calibration, and performance checks.

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to laboratory diagnostic equipment, imaging systems, operation theater equipment, patient monitoring systems, and other medical equipment.

• Support the Sales Team with product demonstrations, technical presentations, customer requirements, and product promotion.

• Maintain service reports and coordinate with the Sales/Application Team.

• Visit customer sites throughout Bangladesh for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely technical and after-sales support.

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized university. (Preferable - BUET, BUHS, DU, CUET, IU, MIST)

• Candidates must have relevant academic knowledge, training, or practical exposure in Clinical Biochemistry and Hematology.

• Strong practical knowledge of medical equipment operation, installation, troubleshooting, and servicing.

• Technical knowledge of Biochemistry analyzers, Hematology analyzers, IVD & Laboratory equipment, Patient Monitor, ECG Machine, Defibrillator, X-Ray & Imaging Equipment, Ultrasound System, Operation Theater Equipment & Other Medical & Diagnostic Equipment.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant professional experience or (1-5+) relevant academic knowledge, training, or practical exposure in Clinical Biochemistry and Hematology.

•  in Medical Equipment Sales, Service, Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.

• Practical experience in servicing Medical, Laboratory, Imaging, and operation theater equipment will be highly preferred.

• Experience in Biochemistry Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer, IVD, and other laboratory diagnostic equipment will be an advantage.

• Candidates should have experience in customer handling, equipment demonstration, technical support, and after-sales service.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply on having sound knowledge.
