Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering/Technical discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in ELV, Security Systems, or Building Management Systems.

• Practical hands-on experience in one or more of the following systems: Bosch CCTV Systems, Bosch Video Management System (BVMS), Bosch Access Control Systems, Bosch Public Address (PA) Systems, Bosch Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Schneider Electric BMS

• Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding, and diagnostic skills.

• Practical knowledge of equipment installation, cable testing, device replacement, and system maintenance.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.

• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.

• Ability to work effectively in rotating shifts, roster-based operations, and emergency situations.

• Good communication, teamwork, reporting, and documentation skills. 

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with integrated ELV/Security & Safety Systems.

• Experience in airport, critical infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or large-scale facility environments.

• Relevant OEM certifications, particularly Bosch and/or Schneider Electric, will be an added advantage.

• Experience with CMMS or computerized/digital maintenance management systems.

• Supervisory experience and the ability to coordinate technicians and maintenance activities will be an advantage for the Supervisor position.

• Install, inspect, commission, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain integrated security and ELV systems.
• Operate and maintain Bosch CCTV and Video Management Systems (BVMS).
• Configure, operate, and maintain Bosch Access Control Systems.
• Operate and maintain Bosch Public Address (PA) Systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Bosch Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.
• Operate and maintain Schneider Electric Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Install, inspect, commission, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Bollard Systems and Turnstile Gate Systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, emergency, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Diagnose system faults and coordinate with the NOC/Operations team for timely resolution.
• Perform cable testing, device replacement, equipment installation, configuration, and system restoration.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential faults before they affect operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, inspection reports, and other technical documentation using CMMS/digital maintenance tools.
• Support emergency maintenance and critical system recovery activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, NOC personnel, vendors, and other technical teams as required.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures, safety standards, and site/airport regulations.
• Support day-to-day operation of security and safety systems on a rotating shift/roster basis.
• Assist in system testing, inspection, commissioning, and handover activities when required.
